Male Chest Enhancement

Male chest enhancement offers men the ability to achieve the chest definition and contour that they want but cannot achieve with exercise and diet. The chest and pectoral region can be augmented, sculpted and reshaped with fat grafting, hi-def liposculpting, pectoral “pec” implants, treatment of gynecomastia or a combination of some or all of the above. After meeting with Dr. Adam Hamawy, he will be able to assess your goals and current body composition to help determine what combination of treatments will best achieve your goals.

Pectoral Implants

This is a good option for athletic men that are active and desire a more sculpted appearance for their chest. This is also a good option if you were born with a congenital birth defect that resulted in an underdeveloped chest or to correct a defect caused by trauma. . This procedure can improve your self-confidence and often after getting a pec implants procedure.

Male pectoral or “pec” implants are designed to enhance the size, and shape of a male’s chest. This procedure involves inserting a soft, pliable silicone implant through a small incision under your arm into a space that is created under your natural pectoral muscles. The muscle will continue to function normally above the implant. The implants will feel similar to a flexed muscle. This procedure is often combined with a gynecomastia surgery to remove any excess breast tissue that you may have and with hi-definition liposuction to sculpt the surrounding areas and create more definition.

Pec Implant Consultation

Pectoral implants are designed in many shapes and sizes allowing for customization for your body. During the consultation, Dr. Hamawy will measure your chest dimensions to determine what is the best implant to achieve your goals.

Pectoral Implant Procedure

The procedure is performed under general anesthesia and usually takes about two hours. Most men require only a few days to recover before going back to work but it will be six weeks before full upper body exercising can be resumed.

Hi Def 4D Lipo

Using the most advanced techniques of liposculpture, Dr. Hamawy can sculpt your chest to reveal and enhance the underlying pectoralis muscle. By using the most advanced technology in ultrasound VASER lipo and targeted fat transfer, Dr Hamawy will mark detailed contours of the chest before surgery and map out a customized approach for your best results. This can also be combined with pectoral implants and often with additional attention to other body areas to achieve total body definition including 6-pack abs, chiseled delts and lats and toned obliques and buttocks.

Gynecomastia Excision

For men with excess breast tissue hiding their pecs, gynecomastia surgery can be performed to remove this tissue to reveal the underlying muscle. Power-assisted and Ultrasound-Assisted liposuction are used to remove as much tissue using minimally invasive techniques and any residual glandular breast tissue that remains is removed through a small incision hidden in the areola.
